Become a Qualified Beauty Therapist

This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to enter the exciting world of beauty therapy. You will become competent in a range of beauty therapy treatments and services, including facials and facial massage, lash and brow treatments, day/evening & remedial make-up, waxing, body massage ; as well as providing advice on and selling retail skin care and cosmetic products. You'll explore anatomy and physiology, histology of skin and nutrition, and apply what you have learnt through clinical practice in the Student Clinic at the college.

Articulation


Students successfully completing the Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy can choose to continue to study a higher qualification by enrolling into the SIB50110 Diploma of Beauty Therapy at ANCB.

This course has been designed to meet industry recognition by the Association of Professional Aestheticians of Australia (APAA). The APAA is the oldest and most active Association in the Beauty Industry in Australia.
